洋上風力発電ワークショップ
~日本とノルウェーとの連携~




 地球温暖化防止に対する関心の高まりを受け、洋上再生可能エネルギー、特に洋上風力発電の開発が世界中で進んでいます。国土面積が小さく、世界第6位の海洋面積を有する日本は、洋上風力発電が大きく発展する可能性を秘めています。また、我が国の産業も大きく成長することが期待されています。
一方で、洋上風力発電普及や産業振興のためには、コストダウンや海洋環境への対応、人材育成など、取り組むべく課題が多く存在しています。課題克服のためには、様々な経験を有する海外との連携が欠かせません。
上記の背景を踏まえ、今年8月末、日本財団はノルウェーの産業クラスターとの間で洋上風力発電をはじめとする海洋エネルギーに関し、MOUを締結しました。当該MOUに基づき、双方が最大で12億円を拠出し、共同開発プロジェクト等を支援して行くことと致しました。
今回、ノルウェー政府高官を含むノルウェー関係者が来日するのにあわせ、MOUに基づいた連携の具体化及び両国企業等のネットワークを図るためワークショップを開催することとしました。是非ご参加いただけると幸いです。

【参加紹介】
Einar Øgrey Farsund AS is a company specialized in mechanical and electromechanical solutions for the offshore and onshore industry worldwide. Since 2010, it has e.g. provided services for electromechanical installations like HVDC-plants, high-voltage transformers, hydro-electric power plants and transformer stations for offshore windmill plants and onshore sites. Through the company Amon AS, it has participated in engineering and planning of full-scale fabrication of gravity-based foundations for offshore windmill plants and also fabrication of floating offshore windmill installations.

MacGregor shapes the offshore and marine industries by offering world-leading engineering solutions and services with a strong portfolio of MacGregor, Hatlapa, Porsgrunn, Pusnes and Triplex brands. Shipbuilders, owners and operators are able to optimise the lifetime profitability, safety, reliability and environmental sustainability of their operations by working in close cooperation with MacGregor.
